Have you ever Wondered How Brands Get So Big?

Have you ever wondered how it that brands that we love and wear everyday get so freakin big? If you stop and take a look around at some of these big brands surrounding our every more, every single day you can’t help to wonder to yourself how they got to the point they are at. For all of the entrepreneurs out there trying to start their own own brands it can be very daunting looking at these giants and wondering if you got what it takes to make it to that point, if you even want to be that large. First off you have to be willing to work, hard. If you think for a second sitting back everyday watching TV is going to grow your business your crazy. I’m on the computer from sunrise to sunset working and scheming. I am constantly learning and teaching myself how to do stuff to save costs. We might not have hundreds of products on our site but we are sure working on it. We have losts of great ideas and we will be rolling out phase 2 of Boston Knucklehead in the next few months.

Do you think Nike woke up one day and their symbol was in every corner of this planet? not a chance. Nike was an idea that started with a logo designed in 1971 by Caroline Davidson for $35 bucks. Phil Knight then launched this company out of the trunk of his car and now owns one of the biggest brands the history of commerce all together. Phil Knight had a desire and passion to create. This love carried him to start Nike. Hustling everyday he pushed his brand. The most important factor to all this is that he believed in what he was doing. If you are launching a business you have to believe in every aspect of it. We believe in Boston Knucklehead. When I was in the sixth grade I started a skateboard company with my friends. It was called Flower and we had a logo, a t-shirt and an edited team video. I sometimes feel like I am picking up right now where I left off back in sixth grade. Brands are just something that take time and patience to build. You need to see the big picture when you first launch and realize that this won’t happen over night or most likely the first year. At Boston Knucklehead we realize that and this is why you will see us around for the long haul.

Boston Knucklehead Mascot

This is Diesel, he is the Boston Knucklehead Clothing mascot. You might just see him in a photo shoot sometime in the near future and you might not. We haven’t decided yet. Either way he would like to say hi to all our fans and customers. I took this pic the other day of him. He has this orange ball that he is totally crazy for. When he sees it in his vision it is as the world has stopped and there is nothing else in sight. His determination is unbelievable. If we all had the determination that some dogs had when they get fixated on something we would all be successful, or we would all be sleeping in the couch.
